Welcome to Resizo. By accessing and using this website and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you acknowledge responsibility for compliance with local laws. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.

1. Use License & Grant

Resizo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and tools for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms. This license does not include:

• Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software
• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works
• Removing or altering copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Using the tool for unlawful or harmful purposes

2. Client-Side Processing & Image Ownership

How Resizo Works: Resizo is a client-side tool. All image processing happens directly in your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Images are NOT uploaded to our servers.

Your Rights: You retain complete ownership of all images you process using Resizo. Resizo claims no ownership rights over user-provided content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process and use any images submitted to Resizo.

Permitted Use: You agree to use Resizo only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Resizo for any of the following:

• Uploading or processing images without proper ownership or rights (copyright/trademark infringement)
• Processing explicit, adult, or harmful content
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or "attack" the website (DDoS, brute-force, etc.)
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading without permission
• Violating the intellectual property rights of Resizo or others
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and tools on Resizo are provided on an "AS IS" basis. Resizo makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content

Resizo does not guarantee that all browsers or devices will support the tool, or that image quality will meet specific standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESIZO, ITS OWNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the website
• Any claim arising from failure to save or back up your images

This limitation applies even if Resizo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

6. Accuracy & Updates

The materials and tools on Resizo's website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Resizo does not warrant that materials are accurate, complete, or current and reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice.

7. DMCA Copyright Takedown Procedure

Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe that content on Resizo infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice with the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The specific location of the infringing content (URL or description)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• Your signature or electronic signature
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Contact us in writing at contact page describing the dispute
2. Resizo will respond with a resolution within 30 days
3. If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation
4. Any litigation must be filed within 1 year of the dispute arising

9. Termination of Use

Resizo may terminate or restrict your access to the website if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity. We will notify you of termination via email or in-site notice.

10. Modifications to Terms

Resizo reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
